Except that lap time was deleted for being outside track limits. Hard to say what his time whilst staying within track limits would be. He didn't set one in Q3.
Maybe 1/1000th off, so many deleted lap times were razor thin. Landos shown he has clear 2nd place speed behind Verstappen, heck Piastri does too. McLarens made some massive strides this year which is impressive.

Wow, watching more reels of Stroll in the pits after quali, I can't be certain he will even race the rest of the season. That was some stuff, tossing the steering wheel , shoving a consoling crew member pretty hard, the interview.

Sargent seemed to be dangerously impaired by the time he pulled out of the race. He could have killed himself or others. F1 drivers are insanely well conditioned - it takes an unbelievable amount of stress for them to quit. For a guy like Alonso, with two decades of F1 experience, to beg to have water thrown on top of him is pretty strong evidence that a race shouldn’t be happening in Qatar.
The track was completely soulless and uninteresting. The track limit violations were a joke. It was a horrible race that could have been a tragic one if a driver passed out while driving due to the conditions.

Stroll said he passed out twice. Albon couldn't get out of the car, Piastri collapsed onto the ground after getting out of the car. K-Mag said he was ill as well , Ocon said he thew up twice in his helmet.
I suspect there's going to be allowances for AC or some sort of col air ventilation for these hot races moving forward. 300kmph 45c° air is as inhumane as it gets. Add in the engine heat and I'd be guessing they're roasting in a 65c° heat traveling at 200kph average speeds. It's a recipe for disaster.
Heck George Russell on his last pit stop had his visor up before he hot the pit lane and you could tell he was dying. It was insane.
