Mackinnon is in a league of his own. Every time he has the puck something happens. Such a dominant player.

I wish someone would run Mackinnon.

He's actually been one of the Flames better players tonight. The first line is getting chances, or close to setting them up.

The Flames are playing much more displinced, and took advantage of the PP. The Flames just can't clear the zone to save their life. Once again, Smith is keeping them in it.

Neal, Brodie, Gaudreau, Monahan, Jankowski. Flames can ice an entire line of passengers, you can't win in the playoffs with that many plugs

As soon as the Avs turn over the puck they immediately attack the puck carrier and take away time and space. When the Avs have the puck the Flames just back off and watch. The difference in effort is night and day.

He's the only reason why this series isn't already over.

Colorado is the epitome of a one line team, but that one line has the Flames completely baffled in how to handle them.

Someone smarter tell me what's happened.
He got married, kiss of death for so many players!

Very serious.

Never seen or heard a coach tell his team to double team a player.

It was Monahan first. The guy needs to clear the zone when he has the puck 2 ft away from the Blue line

So many giveaways in the D zone in 2nd half of that period. Don’t know if the forwards are blowing the zone early and not giving an outlet pass for the D or what.

How?

I think only Bennett could make it happen with his speed. There’s hope.

Every time Brodie messes up its your fault.
