I’ve been watching and sort of enjoying beast games. Yes there’s some truly annoying things, but some of the games are quite clever and more than a few times I’ve wondered what I would do.

I never could get into the Tom Cruise movies because of that, even though they were perfectly cromulent otherwise.
Yeah that was interesting for me because I didn't read any of the books, had no idea of the discrepancy in size and I have to sort out the difference between art and artist because in real life Tom Cruise is a batcrap loony but he makes some fun films. Plus Werner Herzog, I love that guy he just so lovingly bleak.
Then, as they do, the bookreaders (spits on floor) came in whining and ruined everything!

If you thought this season would have a happy ending, you haven't been paying attention.
I like Prime’s streaming of NHL games. I know they have no part in the production but their stream is glitch-free, unlike Sportsnet whose app on AndroidTV needs a restart at least once per game.

Me too. I really like them.
Come on Zuck, use the jaws-of-life to open up that wallet and just buy the rights!

Even if none of this was true (it is true), getting away from the infantile infatuation with one player is a breath of fresh air. The NHL is not one player.
100% on board with Prime taking over from Sportsnet.

Finished Beast Games. I found it enjoyable in spite of myself. It was more than I expected.
The minions though…they really got in the way for me.
Try it out…I found it getting better as it went along.
I watched it too. That dude's voice is so annoying though. Obviously he had to keep the shouting to a crowd of 1000 through the whole season for consistency even when he was down to the final few.
"The greatest underdog story in the history of the world" line in the last episode just showed how little life experience and knowledge of the world that Beast guy actually has. I'm surprised they didn't edit that out, though the producers are probably like his little minions. Just a bunch of frat kids.
The open for Invincible S3E3 was fantastic. That is all.
