Hackenberg, who put up one of the worst lines ever in preseason, and I think they still have Bryce Petty.

I think the Jets need to try to make a QB move this season. No point in waiting for the off-season. Both Fitzpatrick and Geno are done.

I'd prefer that the Jets stay the course. Fitz can work out his issues, Im sure of it!

Hackenberg wasn't even good in college. The dude is the classic example of a player coasting into the NFL on sheer pedigree. If the Bucs hadn't picked Aguayo, Hackenberg would've been the worst pick of the second round this year.

Well last year the Chiefs did come back from a 1-5 start to make the playoffs, so I'm hesitant to call those teams dead. I don't think we're going to see anything like that again this year. Carolina maybe has a chance because they are in the NFC South, but they've already blown 3 Division games so I think that makes winning the Division too long of a shot for them to rally back. The Jets do have Division games left, but I don't see them running the table, too flawed.

Funny team the Panthers. I think they started 1-2 the one year and finished 12-4. But than they went 3-9-1 from there if you include that playoff loss...Proceeded to go on a run of 18-2 until last years Superbowl...1-6 since that. So it seems that the wins or losses do tend to pile up with that team.

Regarding the Panthers, I think a big part of their problem is Cam's leadership. His body language is beyond awful when things aren't going well. He's insufferable in press conferences after losses.

He's not a bad guy, but he could be a better leader and I think it is hurting them.

Also, letting Josh Norman go wasn't very smart.

Gotta feel for the fans in Oakland who I think have been pretty loyal with attendance.

It's going to happen. There is already a site picked out at the south end of the strip. Las Vegas is all about this and so is Davis.

I think at this point it is a foregone conclusion. Vegas is buzzing and has been since I got here 6 weeks ago.

NFL logic, Brown won't get in real trouble until he deflates footballs. Funny how OBJ is the real problem. Waste of skin.

Quote:
Giants kicker Josh Brown admitted to physically and emotionally abusing his wife and called himself a sex-addicted "deviant" who viewed himself as "God" and his wife as "my slave", according to entries in his own journals, emails to his wife, and a letter he wrote to friends, which were obtained by SNY.

Those damning confessions came from journals and emails turned over to police by Brown's now ex-wife Molly, after the kicker was arrested in May 2015 and charged with a fourth-degree domestic violence assault, and released on Wednesday by the Kings County (Wash.) Sherriff's Office. The incident led to Brown being suspended for the Giants' season opener as punishment for violating the league's personal conduct policy.

No, just out here taking on a bigger office until the middle of November. Don't think they would pay me what it would take for me to take the job permanently! 80 hour weeks aren't conducive to "Vegasing".

I'd like to think the Bears have a real shot today, but in all honesty this is probably just a slump breaking game for Rodgers before the Packers start a long winning streak

Apparently Lacy packed on 30lbs in between training camp and now. He's probably played his last game for the Packers.

Cripes, how do you pack on 30 pounds while still being at NFL practices?

I remember Patrick Peterson was having problems a couple years ago, and even Eric Berry was having a similar thing before they found out that they had other health issues.

Wonder if something like that is up with Lacy. Doesn't seem logical for a guy getting that much activity to still pack on that much weight.

Than again my man JaMarcus Russel did that.

That seems impossible. Must be a thyroid. He's working out like 5-6 days as week. He'd have to consume like 20,000 calories a day to gain weight that fast.

Or he's eating too much late at night. If hits up a Mickey D's run every night before bed, that's an easy way to add 30lbs.
