I'm tired of typing it, but for #### sakes JV needs to be the man on offense. Potential top 5 big man, let's ride him now.

10 seconds ended with an air ball. Really?

Just a casual Raps fan, but yikes.

I didn't have confidence in JV before, but him stepping up in the playoffs as the only consistent player on the team has ensured that he's the only guy I'd bother keeping. I doubt Lowry ever learns to not be selfish in the closing minutes, but there aren't many PG's available, so I'd keep him. Joseph is very smart which I've liked as well. The rest are all available this offseason.

10 Secondsn left, walk up court, step back 3? Bench Lowry forever. Fire Casey. Send DD to hell. Give JV the keys. This is his team.

I'll never understand the Raps refusal to run the ball through JV on O

The downside to running everything through you big man is injuries. JV or any other player, can't keep banging down low. This team really has to step up. Wouldn't mind seeing more Powell instead of Ross. When Ross is on the court, with Lowry and DD, that has got to be the dumbest set of small guys around.

This feels like when the Leafs had Carlyle for a coach. Even when they won I didn't feel that good. Hate this whole team except JV and Powell.

Even Joseph? I love that guy. He's probably my favourite.

Carroll is great too.

After this playoff performance I don't know how any team could sign him to the max, but as long as it's not the raptors I don't care.

We really find out how good a GM Ujiri is now. Keeping DD even at a discount would be serious stupidity. A win in spite of your so called talent!

Co Jo should be on that list... Hoping to see this level of play from him at the FIBA Tournament in Manila so we can get into Rio.

Forgot about Joseph. Carroll I'm in between. Sometimes he takes some really dumb shots.

Edit: I guess Carroll too. I was just a little sour after he left Dragic wide open 3 to tie the game.

Man derozen and Lowry are making this a tough series. Forget the putrid 37 FG%, going 5 of 14 at the free throw line? Yikes. The combined scored 38 points, so they can huff n puff how great they were.

Carroll/JV stepping up.

I just never saw JV as a guy where you dump the ball in the post and let him do his thing. His on court awareness, while it has improved, is very low. I remember watching game 4 against Indiana (I think) and every time the ball was in Valancuinas' hands it resulted a turnover for the first four possessions of the game.

On the pick and roll and against teams that don't play up and down JV is great. He's got a lot more awareness before he becomes the go to guy on a team.

EDIT: Forgot to mention he's been great so far against a slower Miami team.
