Turned off the game when Jim said the Canucks were winning the cup. Why he works Canuck games I'll never know. He's better working the East games.

this compact disc you speak of I am intrigued, is it a smaller version of a frisbee, or something that you eat?

Primary byproduct of an 'uptempo' brand of hockey is getting hemmed in your own zone because of too much separation between forwards and defense.
Teams like the rags who really try to Stretch opposition defense compensate for the one guy very high with his two line mates playing exceptionally deep and hard.
Breakdowns for the rangers happen when the high forwards don't pick up the right guy or when they don't hustle to cover them hard enough which is when torts will limit their ice time.
Breakdowns for the flames happen between the bottomof the defensive zone face off circle and the top of the faceoff circle.

I always keep any Hughson broadcast on mute. Keeps me happier. Allows me to play the "what do you think he was talking about?" game based on camera shots between plays.

Its sad when you can say that CBC and hockey night in Canada has done a awesome job of embarrassing themselves this year.
The fact that broadcast crews are acting like 4 year old homers is a sad testimony to how far the quality of CBC's hockey coverage has fallen.

Yeesh, this one is ugly.
Big test is how they respond on Monday. If they put up another stinker....uh oh time.
If they get back to their improved ways, then I remain optimistic about this team.
Need Cammaleri back. Backlund is really missed. Irving has been good.

Comeau playing makes my brain hurt, it's like it keeps trying to slow down to figure out what he's doing, but also tries to maintain breathing pattern at the same time. I've entered a paradox
