I wish Belt played like he does for me in MLB The Show. He's batting like .333 and has about 19 doubles and 8 HRs.

I'm glad Chapman doesn't play like he does for me in mlb the show. Bichette on the other hand is around .450 12 games in and a hit on every game.

Kirk is pretty horrible for me. Him and Jansen have about the same average but atleast Jansen can hit the odd homerun. I'm about 60 games in.
The one realistic thing is Berrios is pretty bad. Ryu has a good record but his ratings have dropped hard pretty fast so it's hard getting him to get through 5 innings now.

Don't worry I'm sure I'll have a Rays stack in DFS tomorrow so that means Berrios will pitch a gem

Do you play every game?
I've played all but 1 game and have played every inning so far. My next game is the game that's today. I'm 4-8 right now. But all games have been fun and competitive but I still tend to pull a Baez on the bases and some fielding errors

I try to but with 162 games it's hard getting them all in if you aren't playing it everyday so if it's close to when I'll get the new one I just sim the rest and play the playoffs. When I do play it's usually 2 or 3 games. It's last year's version that I'm playing too.
I'm pretty confident there's scripted AI in it so when something fishy happens I turn it off so I should be further than I am. I try to remember to save it mid-game in case it happens but most of the time I forget. Things like your players committing multiple non-throwing errors that you have no control of in the same inning so the CPU can tie or go ahead or the CPU constantly fouling off balls for every batter until they get a hit to come back in the 8th or 9th.
I want to be challenged but I don't want to feel like the game made sure I lost rather than feeling like I lost it myself.

Either Berrios pitches a no-hitter tomorrow or he doesn't make it out of the 1st inning.

I’m really digging the look of NuSkydome.

I'm playing as the D-backs (wanted a change) and I've started the season similar to them, even with the gauntlet schedule to start (4 against Dodgers, 2 against Padres and 4 more against the Dodgers). Loving the game this year!
