What a long ass text. Maybe he was fired for his ineptitude at brevity.

Her: It's a forum that's kinda techy, mostly of interest to tech folks. I'm sure 90% of the people there are white dudes.

Was that a glimmer of humanity out of Tucker? Does this mean we have to hold out hope for the rest of them?

Jesse Waters, Matt Gaetz... why do these guys seem to aim for punchable? Why choose to look like that on purpose? You don't have to have that haircut, you don't have to make yourself sound like a cartoon character when you talk. It's a choice. A very strange choice.

On Tuesday, May 2, the Texas Senate passed Senate Bill 1993, which would give the secretary of state the authority to order a new election under certain circumstances in counties with at least 2.7 million people. Only Harris County, a Democratic stronghold and the country’s third most populous county, would be affected by this bill as it has 4.7 million people. S.B. 1993 now goes to the state House for consideration.
S.B. 1993 would allow the secretary of state to order a new election in Harris County if at least 2% of polling places run out of usable ballots during voting hours and also if these polling places don’t receive extra ballots within one hour of running out. Under the terms of the law, the secretary of state wouldn’t actually have to prove that any polling places did run out of ballots; they would merely need to have “good cause to believe ” that there was a shortage. Additionally, they wouldn’t have to prove that election administration issues affected the outcome of the election.

What do we Canadians get for free? Hospital visits, doctors visits, lab visits. That's really it. And unless you're a special case, you're in a long line.
Everything else is through insurance such as drugs, teeth, eyes, physio, equipment etc.. which is what most Americans gets. The federal NDP has been trying to push for universal coverage in dental and drugs for decades and barely making ground.
Now I know competing insurance companies in the US sucks and paying deductible on humans and making claims like fixing a car is really stupid. But Democrats need to campaign honestly about this issue and fix it little by little to get traction, not that healthcare is free! Getting rid of deductibles for humans would be a good start.

the most shocking thing was clearly the end. ive always wondered if these bastards at fox news believed their own ####. some do, and even then it seems like some who do like tucker are self aware at times to realize theyve become such bastards

I was going to reply with a bet on how long it took before there just happened to be SOMETHING that made this very specific instance occur.
....then I read the next sentence.

They don't even need it to occur. Just say it did!

Dude doesn't know what he's doing. Never lock your ankles like that while you're choking someone to death. Amateur murderer mistake right there.

That is really messed up. Nobody was really doing anything to help the victim either, in fact the other 2 guys seemed to be helping the other guy. I can't fathom letting the murderer go pending an autopsy. I am pretty sure if the races were reversed in this situation, that would never happen.

Vigilantism against the homeless was inevitable, many politicians have been taking very soft stances against the junkie and homeless epidemic for a long time now, causing many wealthy cities to degenerate into dangerous hellholes. Regular folk have been pushed to their limits all over and in many places its clear that there is no help coming. When the authorities have abandoned their obligation to protect people, people will take it upon themselves and its going to be ugly as hell. I have a pretty easy time imagining this getting exponentially worse in the coming years.

You mean to say that the years of defunding of programs to assist the homeless was not the right approach?
