I'm not sure what you mean? Is this in relation to the Fox News poll?

Not sure if you're serious, but the bureaucracy (largely inclusive of the checks and balances built into the system) was the only thing preventing the US from becoming a dictatorship under Trump.

The hate and pushback against inclusion and diversity that is gaining momentum in the US is very much alive in Canada. Disappointing that we are not better.

LOL, yeah, I wonder why progressives would not be keen on two vapid, disingenuous, corporate shills.

Progressives are too preoccupied with character. You got to support the candidates with the policies closest to you, even if they're just the least worst, otherwise you'll very easily just get sidelined.
(On the other hand, conservatives will support the literally worst scumbags as long as they fight for the policies conservatives want. It's not great, but it's a lot more effective.)

Fixed that for you. Conservatives don't actually have any policies.

Not at the primary or governing stage. During an election you can support the least worst but once elected they absolutely should be critical of corporatist policies.

I don't have an opinion of the term Latinx, but for a group who loves to point at how Liberals are being triggered, the GOP sure are triggered by a word for a group of people, and so much so, they need to ban it from official documents...

Latinx is an interesting topic because if you look into things there is a sizeable portion of Democrats who are against using Latinx. The only person really promoting the term is AOC.

Okay, but that has almost nothing to do with what the Republicans are doing.
There is a _massive_ difference between being generally opposed to or not supporting the use of a term (the latter being much more common than the former amond Democrats), and writing laws literally banning the use of certain words.
The Democrats have opinions about the best use of language, the Republicans are doing fascist laws, just absolutely literal straight up 1984 newspeak stuff.
The popularity of a term should or an idea not really be relevant in a discussion about whether or not the government should be allowed to ban it.

Catholic School District are the key words here. That transcends borders.

Latinx was a term foisted upon Latinos by progressives because they decided their language was too sexist and could use some improvements. Only about 1/4 of US hispanics are even aware of the term, only 3% actually use it.

Especially since the nationality is spelled Filipino/Filipina or Pilipino/Pilipina, not Philippino.
