That Sec14 gif is a lion. Which is a cat. And a predator. Which franchise has made a huge misstep? Is the predator lurking, preparing to pounce, like Conroy, or does it involve the Preds? I think the Canucks made a huge misstep by not trading Pettersson, and there have been rumours about him, so that wouldn’t be completely out of left field.

Curious what the Flames do at the deadline. They look to have a much tougher schedule than the canucks but the canucks are heading into the sewer.

I probably wouldn’t do anything if I was Conroy. Frost and Farabee would probably be my moves.

The Preds went all out in adding Stamkos, Marchessault, and Skjei, and waiving Fabbro looks like a blunder too. After Skjei and Josi, their next highest scoring blueliner has 7 points. Maybe they need an Andersson? The Carrier trade looks like a blunder too.

I think those that are hopeful of a trade also trust and believe that Conroy wont overpay on something that doesn't make sense. He has stayed patient and methodical through this rebuild so far.
