Not yet, but you can find the Development Permit submission here, which has a preliminary layer of the first floor embedded within the site plan and landscape plan. It's not the 'official' floor plan(s) but could give you an indication of the concourse level:

Based on what we've learned about the Green Line changes:
-4th Street station will be at ground level beside 11th Avenue (unsure which side) between 5th and 6th street – they named it "4th Street station" early in development, and for some reason kept the name after it shifted a block or so to the east.
-We're expecting a train bridge to cross over the 6th Street underpass.
-Yes, there will be an at-grade train line running across the north end of Stampede Park.

Update: I asked around and was told train goes underground after the station.

-We're not entirely clear on when the Green Line will head underground, so potentially it could cross over the 4th Street underpass as well (like with 6th Street) before going underground.

There's no way to get the LRT line on the CPKC bridge at 6th, then back to 11th for the station between 5th and 6th.

Only way I can see it working is if station is physically on the Remington/parking lot land west of 6th Street. I think a lot of things are contingent on what, exactly, is happening with the province's "Grand Central" rail hub.

"The government’s vision is for an Alberta passenger rail system that includes public, private or hybrid passenger rail, including... rail hubs serving the major cities that would provide linkages between a commuter rail system, regional rail routes and municipal-led mass transit systems."

I would *assume* that whatever they do with the station/alignment in that area would be impacted by the high-level notion/plans for a Calgary rail hub.

I always wonder how the city/province/Flames ownership can get a full construction crew this quickly to do work right after the announcement, while it takes years for other more important projects to complete (e.g. the stupid Stoney bridge by Cranston , the 4 Ave flyover, the whole downtown mess, and many others)...

They probably had the crew lined up well in advance and just timed it for the public announcement to start. You're also comparing a project where they get to shut off the whole site to the public against projects that have to maintain public access 24/7. If you want things done faster, you'd also need to be okay with them doing things like closing the 4th Ave flyover for months.

They also had a lot of the legwork done before the last deal collapsed, so I don't think they had to start from square-one with contracting and whatnot. They've been planning the execution of this project since April 2023.

The company I work for would be bidding on a large portion of the work for a certain trade. Outside of updated budgets there has been no formal RFP for that portion of the work. We follow up with Cana weekly. We did submit firm pricing on the last project before it fell apart but there is a lot of changes to the scope since.

I’m no expert in these funded developments, but I’ve been told that money talks.
Apparently they’re paid well to stay on budget and timelines and falling below that is a big no no.

Where as public developments there’s not as strict regulation and they tend to delay on purpose to keep contracts longer and make more money.

Could be made up, but it passes the eye test for me usually, Cochrane is a prime example of absolutely stalling developments and dragging out simple projects over and over again.

What phase though?

Stripping, shoring, excavating etc has been lined up well in advance and they did good to have everything and everyone ready to get underway immediately after Stampede.

Because they don't matter....to the billionaires who conned the city into paying for the project that they will benefit greatly from. Congestion on a main freeway that affects thousands daily isn't the same as a billionaire paying **** all to make an extra $700k per event.

Priorities, man.

New arena breaks ground and just days later we’ve got the Scooby Doos out trying to figure out how this is so much faster than completing a bridge.

You guys know the new arena isn’t up yet, right?
