had to say the Riders went for easier route to go to Grey Cup. All they have to do is beat the two Eastern teams Ottawa then Toronto rather than play against a much better Winnipeg then Stampeders. I know it is not a shoo-in to beat Ottawa and Toronto but their chances are much better.
Looks like this game is in a bag. Ottawa thinks they might surprise the Riders just the way they surprised the Stamps last season. Only way they can the Riders now if they make adjustments on both offense and defense.

As with most games, whomever wins the line of scrimmage battle usually comes out in top and the Riders have dominated that aspect today.

LOL, the Ottawa receiver didn't attempt to reach for 1st down there, ending their faint hopes. I wonder why he didn't even try?

The worst part of blowout games is Rod Black does his best Gene Principe impersonation with the bad puns.

First drive, first touchdown. A bit of a trend today. Who's the better matchup for the Stamps?

I think the Bombers simply because Mike Reilly is a dual threat with his running ability.

That seems almost cruel to make refs wear their uniform ball caps instead of toques. The one ref already looks like he's in danger of frostbite on his ears and it's the first quarter.

Also, excellent turnout by Winnipeg fans, just awesome. We couldn't, and won't even come close to that in Calgary next week. -5 right now, and it looks to be over 30k, rabid fans with very little time between securing home field and playing today. This is what CFL winter football should be.

Next week we'll show you in Calgary how it doesn't work. Bunch of babies.

Andrew Harris keeps those legs churning for a lot of yards after contact.

Nice answer by the Bombers to take the lead.

I see that Nichols named the new kid Winnie after Winnipeg. I wonder if it'd been a boy if they'd have named him Ed after Edmonton.
