I would definitely trade in my previous generation copy for one on the Xbox One.

Did anyone else find that the game kind of fizzled out. The ending seemed so random, no real finality or climactic finish.

Well there's three options. Each one gives a different outcome.
I wish there were more missions after the story for stuff to do.

There's some pretty fun side missions
Or there's online, there's hundreds of missions, races, death matches and more
I still play online all the time, I think it's a lot of fun. Play it more than any other game

I picked it up again...
And, I'm going to buy the PS4 version. I kinda feel like a mug but Trevor is my favorite video game character ever and "random violence with Trevor" is just too much fun...especially now that he owns a tank...all I need is a tank and an overpass and I'm happy.

Definitely gonna buy this especially with the inclusion of a first person option

And cause of some of the weird new stuff that's gonna be in it

Does anyone know if anywhere will be doing some sort of deal if you trade the PS3/Xbox 360 version in for the PS4/XB1 version?

I know last week EB Games had a double credit promo if you traded in your last gen version for next gen but according to tivs.ca it's value is only $11 so I didn't think it was worth it.
If they did the same $25 promo they did for The Last of Us I would definitely do it but otherwise I'm probably going to wait for a sale or get the PC version on Steam once I build a new machine.

How does it perform? I threw what I've seen from Digital Foundry in the Thunderdome thread.

If you played on the PS3 is the PS4 version worth it. Other than 1st person view, much different?

The most infamous thing the GTA series is known for is a little more brutal in first person mode

The hookers were something I was amazed didn't get more attention. In the previous games it was stupid and funny... GTAV took it to a much higher level.

I was more taken aback by the fact you can actually run over cats in the next-generation versions.

That's worth the $70 right there.
