France scores after a beautiful free kick hits the cross bar and the Germans couldn't clear. 1-nil

I would have to say Germany was the slightly better squad in the first half as they dominated possession, but it's getting really old watching every push forward die on Muller's foot.

Hey! Muller scores! 1-1

Great play by Gundogan to get the ball and then feed Muller for the goal

Poland desperately needs a coach that can teach them some tactics.

more realistically, I am excited to see whether Neymar gets the Ibra treatment from the press ("He can't do it in England or when it counts") or if they instead choose to make Gary Cahill a modern day Bobby Moore for a day

The second Irish goal was a beauty though.

Considering he's pretty much directly responsible for the Brazil goal I wouldn't expect that, but then again this is the English press we're talking about.

They're not showing the replays so it's hard to tell :P

I'm assuming poland had some vodka shots at the half cause they've been garbage after dominating the possession.

O'well. On to Ukraine.

It's the British press, it will depend on which page of the fishwrap you are on.

didn't see the game, but Austria losing to Wales is a disappointing result. They have to be able to beat Wales, no discussion.
