That's awesome, I was speaking with some parents that were in a similar situation a few weeks ago when I worked a casino fund raising for my son's school (Janus Academy), and they were doing the same thing, saying that there was some pretty awesome software and other aids out there for kids that were previously non-verbal.

Got one thing from the hubby this year.

It's not exactly like this, but very close.

I got each of my girlfriends a different watch, strategically set to different times. That way there will be no overlap or romantic disasters to speak of when I plan my evening dalliances.

I got my wife a Shark steam mop, a new cell phone cover, and chocolate. That's what she asked for so I knew I was in the clear.

I'd rather not recall the nasty .22 rifle incident from 7 years ago...

WOW!

I'm assuming that's a giant statue behind that truck.

A somewhat scratched dirtbike mirror. We returned the bike we rented to rip around the island we're staying on here in Thailand and had to pay for the slight damage from dropping it. We were both a little upset, so I insisted on keeping the mirror and made it the wife's gift.

She is happy with it.

Not sure where pic is from.
I just lifted it from one of the first Google images that came up for 2010 Jeep Liberty.

We try not to get into the whole present thing so much. But I got her about five pounds of that nasty, salty, rotten, disgusting licorice (assorted kinds) from Edelweiss which she loves for some reason, a book called The Distant Hours, a movie, a puzzle, a board game called Apples to Apples which is actually quite fun, and some other stuff...

And we bought a TV on Boxing Day.
