Not that I'm complaining, but because the Stamps had too many men, shouldn't Montreal automatically get the ball back?

Quit whining Tressman - this is the same officiating crew that called an "accidental pass interference" for your team in the 1st half.

And 2 points.

With that illegal kick, it's more like 25 yards now.

Yup, I stand corrected. Not a bad situation at all.

Strange calls, that call was wrong by the refs, but the amount bs tonight we deserved that.

The play is still live though. It's basically the same thing as an defensive offsides call. The penalty waits until the end of the play.

I could be wrong though - it's a pretty rare situation.

Good call but I'm not a fan of that penalty.

I was scratching my head after that one as well, is that even a penalty?

The roughing the passer was the right call by the book, but I hate seeing those soft roughing the passer calls. Durant got bailed out on a similar one last week.

Odd situation for sure. No idea if that was the correct call according to the rule book, CFL officiating is so sketchy you never know how things are going to be called.

I think it has to be.

The play isn't supposed to get blown dead when there's too many men. If that's the case any other penalty that occurs during the play would get added or offset the too many men call. Otherwise why would they even let the play go if the result of it doesn't matter?

Yea I was thinking about that, so the way it's called makes sense.
