I'd like to see them have these meetings on a WWII era battleship and everytime they have an agreement they can celebrate by shelling down town Vancouver.

The reason we have police and train them. Then give them all sorts of fancy stuff to tackle crime is to.....

actually PREVENT CRIME! When they are unable to prevent it by all means catch the criminal.

The police in Toronto did very little to prevent the crime, but instead are relying on citizens to catch them after the fact.

Very poor policing.
