If you know where the +15 between The Western Canadian Place towers and the Fina Building is, it's a little place tucked in the corner east of the +15. They have oven roasted meats and a bunch of different breads. Run by a really nice Asian family. At first glance you might think it's a Vietnamese noodle place but walk in further and find the subs. Best part is they wrap the subs in butcher paper so it looks like you're carrying a cut of meat back to the office.
EDIT: Oh, and I also don't frequent subway because 1) the closest one to the office is in the Crack Macs on 7th ave and 2) I like honey mustard and whenever I'd ask for it the guy would always say "oooh, you like da honey ehh?" in a somewhat creepy East Indian accent.
Ah yes, now I know the place you're talking about. I have been there for Vietnamese noodles a few times. I've seen the subs in the back but never tried them. Will have to give them a try now.
I feel ill every time I eat at Quiznos. Not sure why, it just doesn't agree with me.
I have a buddy who is an ER doc. When someone comes in with suspected food poisining, he now asks "Did you eat Quiznos today?". He firmly believes Quiznos has a substantially higher rate of food poisining, and I trust him.
It's true. It makes me cry a little on the inside. They claim it's a regional taste preference.
Right, because you know in Canada we're all a bunch of white people with no variety in ethnic background. Why would we like something that is potentially spicy? Silly Subway. There are a few places in Calgary you can buy jalapeno cheesebread at and it's not cheap but it's fantastic.

Agreed, cosmic harmony should the state everyone strives to achieve. But who knew that tesselation was one of the rites en route to Nirvana? That's quite a revelation IMO.
Everyone knows Don Cherry is never wrong about anything....

how can anyone eat Mr. Sub? God I hate that place. Blimpie is awesome, I used to know the family that used to own the deer run location. Is it still there?
