That was a pathetic dive by Kovalchuk. I was initially hoping he was going to get the penalty.............can't believe the ref fell for it.

It's an international competition, and should be played on international sized ice.
With the amount of talent out in these games, the game would be good regardless the size of the ice.

Meh, not too worried about the Russians thus far. Their offense looks great but they are a mess in their own zone.

my early thoughts on them are if Canada plays them and can establish down low board play we will be A OK.
