One rule I've never agreed with - if the O takes a penalty in their own goalpost shadows, it is half the distance.

If the D takes an offside penalty inside their 10, it is half the distance PLUS automatic 1st down - to make it fair they should make O penalties within the 10 automatic loss of down IMO.

With the exception of his ######ed move last week vs Edm, Howell is pretty sure handed.
