A little late to the party (story of my life), but one good little Mongolian restaurant is Khublai on 10th Ave near Mother Tuckers. Similar to other Mongolian BBQ places, you pick your ingredients and sauces and they cook it up for you.
I have been to the Mongolie Grill on a couple of occasions and it doesn't even come close to the quality of Khublai.
Edit: It isn't very expensive, is casual, and kind of fun/different.
