Didn't think last night's episode was that good. Recyclops was pretty funny.

I thought last nights episode was one of the best this season! Michael Scott a man who lives in his own bubble in Scranton with wall street fat cats was golden. I also really liked the Ryan/Jim storyline

Agreed. Being able to turn that on at 10 after the game sure made the night a little better. What a good episode

Andy: So Jan, tell my intended about the miracle of childbirth.
Jan: Well, actually, I, uh, I had a tub birth. And it was really, really quite amazing.
Angela: You gave birth in a tub?
Jan: Yeah, it's a really nice transition from womb to world, you know, kind of like a big womb.
Kelly: Um, so you're in the tub with everything?
Jan: Oh, yeah, the afterbirth floats, yeah.
Creed: Must be like the tide at Omaha Beach
Kevin: Hey Jan, you went to a sperm bank?
Jan: Uh, yes, I did.
Kevin: I donated sperm.
Jan: Oh.
Kevin: Maybe I'm the father.
Jan: Well, this is a highly exclusive establishment.
Kevin: Next to the IHOP?

I love this show but cannot stand Jim or Pam, especially Jim. Their perfect relationship reminds me more of a soap opera than a sitcom.

If you actually look their relationship rationally... like take it way from the odd characters around them, they are pretty much like any normal couple.

100%. I used to like em both the first few seasons but they're just annoying now. Their characters have done a full story arc, there's nowhere else for them to go anymore, save for the usual "they're getting married!", and "she's pregnant!!" crap. Or maybe the threat of a break-up or something lame like that.
The show's definitely still got legs, but every time I see those two together I get that "jumped the shark" feeling. They need to write in that one of their characters gets transfered or hit by a bus or something, for the good of the show.

Obviously, and I get they're supposed to be the straight "men," and that's fine when it comes to individual jokes, but I hate their whole story arc and how "touching" it is supposed to be. That episode that ended season 5, I think it was, where Jim found out Pam was pregnant and it's just all silent in the doctor's room and Jim starts crying like a schmuck... Ugh. I thought I was watching Ross and Rachel from Friends.

LOL... well said, I agree. I think it's made worse now that Jim is the responsible manager. I liked him better when he was doing the practical jokes on Dwight. Pam was also way better as the secretary.

Yeah this is true, but I mean, the show has to go so somewhere.

I noticed in this episode that it seems they are replacing the old Jim and Pam dynamic with Andy and Erin. Juts in a more quirky way
