That date is to appear before the Justice. That is where you can either plead guilty to a lesser charge or plead not guilty and set a trial date.

I want to set a trial date and plead not guilty to both charges. The back of the ticket says to mail it in and sign the "plead not guilty" part. They will mail me a trial date. I just want to know if I can mail both tickets together so I can plead not guilty to both in one trial

13 seconds is a long time for him follow me before I pulled over. The only thing is I did not hear the siren. It was early in the morning so I wasn't playing my music loud at all. I think he just had his lights on, which I didn't notice due to the brigth sun.

Why don't you try mailing them both in the same envelope with a not saying you got them at the same time and would like to have the court date set up so you can contest both?

Alternately, is there a phone number on the ticket?
Cause if there is calling it would probalby be a better place to start than CP.
