6'0" and 211 at the gym Wednesday morning. I gained 5 pounds in Europe last week. Which is funny because everyone over there is skinny. What ever their doing didn't seem to rub off. Allthough my weight can fluctuate 10 pounds in a couple days. Depends on my creatine cycle.

Range from 240-245. was above 250 in August, moving out really helped for some reason, maybe its the less money to eat food whenever I wanted. That must be it. The dog helps with that because he needs his min. 45 minute walk too.

5'6", weigh 155 pounds now. Gained 20 pounds since February. I always wanted to gain weight and was 135 pounds for the past 3 years and ate like a horse everyday but the metabolism kicked in. Ever since having my first office job and sitting my bum down 8 hours a day, the pounds are just packing on around my gut and hips. I don't work out have no energy to do much and despite guys on my hockey team being grossly overweight, I'm easily have the worst endurance on the team. More info than what was asked, but I had to get it off my chest. Now, where's that donut and remote...

I'm about as twiggy as they come, 5'9", 135lbs.
I've been trying to put on weight all year, and was having some success, but since I've started working 2 jobs both of which require me being on my feet moving around all day, I've lost it all. And continue to.
Its frustrating.

Well I'm not going to post my weight ( ) but I was on a program to try and gain 10 lbs; I weighed myself about 2 weeks ago (after 2 months of this program) and I lost 2 lbs.
My upper body stength is pretty good (probably from all the climbing, I go at least once a week) but my lower body strength is embarassing, especially for a soccer player.

5'8", 155lbs. I think that's about where I need to be, though I could stand to lose a little off the belly.

You sound like me. I'm 5' 10" and 140lbs. I'm skinny but also ridiculously wiry and all arms/shoulders/back from all my climbing. I'm that guy that can easily campus routes. I've been called vice grip, monkey boy and so on. I'm trying to gain weight but find it so hard. I'm shooting for the 160lb mark this year.

Is that because too many people were taking a crap on it?
