Oh man, so after reading this thread I had to go out and get me one of these today...
Not as big as some of you made it out to be, though I couldn't imagine eating more than one!
I had my burger and then could only eat a few of my fries and I was full!
So good!

If cigarette companies have to give warnings, so should distributors of high calorie foods. Mcdonalds already does, chains like Earls, Milestones, etc.. should be forced to follow suit.

Not to derail the thread into one about smoking, but I think your examples are pretty different. Not everyone who complains about second hand smoking eats poorly. Even if they are chucking back a baconator while telling you to put out your cigarette, the harm being inflicted upon their body is their decision.
As for your other two points I agree completely, the South Park episode in question was hilarious (but when are they not). I also absolutely agree that food distributors should make their health information very accessible to it's patrons. I was actually impressed to see mcdonalds printing theirs on the paper sheets that go on the food trays. Wish more fast food places would follow suit. Can't believe I'm actually giving credit to mcdonalds for a health trend.

Wow, this thread is actually depressing me.
Reason being, I scarfed down a Baconator combo in no time a couple of weeks back... which is something that is beginning to worry me. I get the feeling from the consensus here that a Baconator itself should be plenty filling, if not too much to handle. Then glancing at those nutrional numbers for the entire combo ... it's enough to make a person shudder!
Maybe people with a "healthy" appetite (ergg... I wish), like myself, should be avoiding fast food. altogether. :|
EDIT :: Oh, and for the record..... frak that thing was tasty! *drools*

I was in Houston on business last week and we went to this restaurant called "Buzz's Hangar". I ordered "The Apollo 7" and they took this picture of me before I started it.
I didn't realize the "7" meant "it weighs 7 pounds". They let you keep the helmet if you eat the whole thing. I'm a big eater but that helmet went back above the bar.

The Baconator, Spicy Baconator and the Smokey whatever, whatever burger are fantastic. I have not heard any "for a limited time" with either Baconator. You heard it all th time with the Smokey. Good news.
I limit myself to one every two weeks, or maybe one a week if I am out of the office a lot that week. I rarely eat the fries at any fast food restaurant, or any restaurant for that matter. Those will get you. Just the burger and a water.

I am not big on fast food but Wendy's is my odd exception.
The Double Jalepeno Melt is my favorite. Only a limited of time thought. The Spicy Baconator is also really good. Wendy's is by far the best food restaurant out there, it's not even close.

First of all, another vote from me for Harvey's having the best fast food burgers.
Secondly, I have never tried a Spicy Baconator, but a question for everyone: does Wendy's still have Chili on their menus?
The reason why I ask, it was sometime ago and I wasn't that hungry but my friend was and he wanted to go to Wendy's. He ordered a full meal combo and I had a cup of Chili and a small drink.
Within the next 2 days I went through my first and only bout with food poisoning, the likes of which I never want to go through again. I couldn't even keep water down as I was so sick and the only food that I had eaten that was not common to my friends or family (as I was still living at home at the time) was Wendy's Chili.
After I recovered from this horrible experience, and I'm intentially leaving out all the gory details, my older sister suggested I go back to this Calgary Wendy's restaurant and inform them of my food poisoning.
The manager that I spoke to basically stated that he could see this happening, as some of the bits of burger that come off the hamburgers on the grill and are sitting in grease, get scraped into the chili and served up along with the other ingredients. I was still feeling queazy and it was about 4 days later, so I left never to return and comsume Wendy's Chili again.

I'm surprised it didnt happen on the spot.
$10 says they keep a defibrillator under the bar next to the shotgun.

Yes, they do. And the manager was only partially correct in how its made.
You know how Wendys always makes their burgers "hot off the grill?" How can they do that during a rush hour? Well, they cook patties and those patties have X number of minutes to be used before they are no longer "fresh." Once that time has passed, they become chilli meat. That is the reason Wendys sells chilli; and sells it so cheap; it's a way to use up the wasted meat.
So for example in a +15 location downtown, never order chilli on a Monday; as it will be Friday's burgers.

BUMP!
I was in Houston again on Monday and I decided to go back to the Hangar for a second try. I'll spare you the gruesome details but I did eat the whole burger.
Sadly, some lardass had tamed the "Apollo 7" burger since my last visit and they hadn't had time to repaint a trophy helmet so they gave me a regular white motorcycle helmet that doesn't even fit.
They did promise to fill it with onion rings next time in town.
