So who gets charged with the crime? Who does the time? They are both breaking the law.

Shouldn't you be posting threads on religious persecution? I mean really, what is more important to you, the right to refuse dildic satisfaction, or religious persecution?
This Alabama law was made by morons. I don't care what religion they are, but I'm certainly not surprised that some form of superstition is used as a rationale for this foolishness.
