Still, Lenny's "I just did what someone asked me to do" line isn't going to take him much further . . . . .

The comedian faux pas was a classic mistake of inexperience . . . . . anyone who has been around long enough and gone to enough functions has seen that happen at least once. Charmaine should have asked what the comedian thought would be funny and I'll bet Trump would have fired her if she'd been dragged in there.

Brent had to go. He was getting really annoying. And now everyone else can stop bickering about him.

Pretty boring show other wise. Was expecting a bit more out of Lenny.

I got a kick out of Brent, I liked him. At least he had some ideas to offer. People are like chickens, get them in a group and they'll always choose one to peck on.

There are so many annoying people on this season. Snivelling, yappy, conniving, opportunistic weasles!

I can't stand Bryce, Red Head, English Accent, Tariq(the Mensa comment), ****** 1 and ****** 2 (Michael and Lee).

Peck-er should be allowed, it's not even a top 35 offensive word.

Is it just me or is an Asian broad with a southern accent somewhat... offputting..?

Anyways, Brent had to go, just annoying as hell and it burns me up that he's Canadian. I Hope that fat fata doesn't turn into some kind of minor Canadian celebrity now... Please no.

He was obviosly put on the show just because he's terrible... If there's someone like him next season I don't think I'll be watching.

Brent just needed to learn to Shut up.

If he would have controlled himself last night he would have stayed around. Instead he ran his mouth and it cost him.

what a bad example of a Canadian. they couldnt find anyone better......

Yep Brent made a huge mistake and going on the attack for no reason. He may be an annoyance to work with but if that team honestly looked at things they would find that the idea for the first task came as a result of his intial beauty/spa type ideas. His ideas may not have been used in the end but he did get the ball rolling in that direction.

In this task had they followed a healthy lifestyle type idea with a simple quick slogan they would have won. Remember Brent was throwing out weight loss type slogans which could have worked. The executives looking at the other teams banner stressed the healthy looking woman part of the banner was key.

His big mistake was getting in peoples faces all the time instead of simply offering opinions and stepping back now and then. He simply needed to try to dominate brainstorming sessions etc when that isn't necessary.

I think Brent had a good chance to really shine in the boardroom and blew it. He had a group of failures all around him and he was the only one that wasn't a part of it. He should have stopped the petty personal attacks and pointed out the glaring mistakes made by his group.

But who cares, he's gone and thank god because listening to his team **** and moan for an hour was annoying.

There was a Canadian on the show, and he was it? Yikes!

Either way, I agree with you. If the guy just would have went in, kept his mouth shut until talked to he would have been fine. All he should have said is "This is what I was asked to do, and I did a good job at it". At the very least he would have been PM next episode (called out by Trump) and then he would have gotten fired.

Brent just did not fit in or try. I found the way the others treated him to be unprofessional and worse than what he did. He killed himself by not shutting up. I have a feeling that team will find a new scape goat next week. They did not loss because of Brent and will not do better without him. Lenny is the next to get the "clown" tag from the producers and the cameras will follow him around.

I think Trump fired the wrong guy tonight. Tarak was a disaster and has been all season. He should have been fired.

This show really reminded me of the show last season when no one believed in Craig when they had to build that box thingy, and he came out and won the task. Good for Roxeanne (sp?).

Lenny rules!

Getting pretty sick of this show. I can understand Trump wanting to have Lenny in the boardroom on that task. However, you can never ever blame an idea that came out of a brainstorming session on the guy who came up with that idea unless it was a project manager who rams the idea down everyones throat. They brainstormed, Lenny came up with an idea and the entire team latched onto it. It is no longer truly his concept at that point it was just one of probably many ideas that were put forward. As well, had they simply had a voiceover (as Lenny wanted) that explained the vision there is no problem with the concept. A simple "do you feel like a castaway in your own life? Sick of having every detail planned for you even on your cruise vacation? Try Norwegian crusie lines freestyle cruising...." they do that no one thinks "shipwreck" when they see the guy in the raft. So I'm glad lenny wasn't brought into the board room as he did not deserve to be from any of the editing I saw. In fact he was pretty much spot on with his analysis of the task once again...they needed a voice over as they had one chance to impress the execs not 20 or 30 repeated commercials. Perhaps it was simply a challenge for Lenny to lead given thus far he has been unhappy with pretty much every project manager.

I'm also a little sick of the producer manipulation...there is now way that Tarik is still around if this was anything close to a "real" competition. He may be a genius but being a genius does not mean good ideas for every situation and does not mean a guy has a head for business. He's only kept around for the drama he creates.
