Vegas and Edmonton are both playing poorly...Edmonton has gained one point on Vegas over the last 10 games...that is totally relevant with 20 games left. It shows how hard it is to make up ground despite Vegas having their worst stretch of the season.

They are on track to win the division, its not even debatable...that is the MATH right now. Until the math chages it is what it is. To say the Oilers are about to pass Vegas is Hyperbole. The Ducks are more likely to pass Vegas than the Oilers, I hope they do.

In fact, given that the Ducks are on a hot streak, have a game in hand, and are only one point back of Vegas, I'd say it's much more likely than not that they overtake the Golden Knights. Of course, they may not stay ahead of them, because neither hot streaks nor cold ones last forever. But I do think we'll wake up one day soon to see the Anaheim Ducks holding first place in the Pacific, at least for the moment.

The Oilers are floundering. I would say they're in the mushy middle, but of course only the Flames can ever be accused of that.

No, the problem is you and Jay putting words in my mouth, accusing me of saying things I didn't say, getting bent out of shape about it, and doubling and tripling down. There was nothing wrong with my post, it was a prediction of what I though was about to happen in the coming 1-2 weeks, simple as that. You took it out of context to spin it into a big controversy for no reason.

There really was no basis for either of you assuming I meant the Knights would be passed last night with a loss. That was a completely silly thing for you to suggest. No idea why you did that other than you two have some sort of agenda against me.

See the difference here is you’re aggravated by the fact that I’m low effort responding to your cries for a response and I’m highly entertained by responding to your weak cries for a response.
