Good human. good goalie (tragically underrated by many Flames fans), and a classy move by him. Hope he KILLS it in Philly!

Are you insinuating that you want to see him feed someone his blocker in traditional Philly fashion?

I thought Vladar was clearly better than Wolf at times, and I thought Wolf was clearly better than Vladar at times.


Vladar was money down the stretch from what I remember. He wasn't just a starter, but he reminded me of an elite starter. I think he will be a starter in this league. I think it is really difficult to get traction when you aren't playing enough games. The back-up role isn't an easy one. I am interested to see how he does if he gets preference in Philadelphia. I don't know much about their goalies, but they don't appear to be starters, though two out of the three are 24 and under. Vladar does have his work cut out for him, however - that defence isn't very inspiring. Either way, I hope he grabs the starters' gig there and runs away with it. Great guy, and he deserves it.
