Interesting different takes on Pospisal.
For me he’s a guy that brings an element that not many players do (physical, pest, speed) and has a good level of skill. It didn’t translate into much offence this year, but I think he has more there.
He also looks to have some Sam Bennett like playoff performer vibe. He’d be really good in the playoffs I expect.
He won’t get big money based on his current production, and is the right age range for this group.
I’d keep him unless they get a can’t refuse offer.

Maybe a prelude into the plan next year (ie, trading Rasmus at the draft).

Plus, trading him away has consequences. Can you imagine playing against Pospisil on a regular basis? That would suck.

To me, and it's a slight in that only his comparisons career was cut short, but Pops to me is Ferland 2.0. easy to love the jam in his game but is on hit away from it being over for him. I'd prefer to sell high like they did with Ferly. Plus Klapper looks like he blooming into that replacement with correct handedness of shot.

I hope the rookies all have a good night.
Mostly I want the Flames to win. It will still be a disappointing season but it will give them 96 points, only 5 less than the Stanley Cup Favourite Oilers. The Oilers had 12 of the 3 on 3 victories this year, which can't happen in the playoffs.

Dumb question but what do the Flames play by play announcers do during the playoffs? I assume they are on salary and still get paid but what do they actually do?
