With every passing game I get a bit more of a Johan Franzen vibe from Klapka. Albeit with the obvious caveat that he's 6'8", not 6'4". But man is he ever a mule in his own way.

Who comes out? You can’t pull Klapka, we know Huska loves his Rooney and Lomberg. Sharangovich just had a solid game.
Not sure, but Klapka's emergence really underlines the importance of moving Coleman this summer, IMO. You have Huberdeau, Coronato, Zary, Yegor, Farabee, and now Klapka who all need those reps. Coleman deserves a chance to go ring chasing — he clearly doesn't fit into the long-term plan here.

I can a similarity, but Klapka even at 6'8" is a better skater than Franzen ever was. Klapka can rush when he wants to. Franzen was useful almost exclusively within a few feet of the net, but man he had some really nice hands in close and was practically immoveable.

Pronunciations aside I thought the Sharks crew did a very good job calling the game tonight, even Remenda who has coiler stink on him. RIP Greg Millen and keep it going Flames!

I'm not that excited to watch tonight's game. The past couple of weeks has shades of last year's garbage and that's not great. Team obviously regressed and it feels like our rookies have stalled. I got a breakaway pass for tonight so I'm gonna go regardless, but man, it's rough to have any semblance of hope.
