The reality is though, most things in Canada are more expensive thanks to the high tax rates that we pay...so it is often difficult to find good value in our products.

Also, there are many companies who employ many people whose job it is to import products from the US, so I am still supporting Canadians.
Really its the wages that get you...If we employed children at 1$/day we could charge 50% tax and not even have to raise the price of the shoes!

Some of those kids are slackers. Going to school when they could be using their tiny hands to build things we need.

And at the same time they would be learning valuable life skills instead of being indoctrinated by woke ideology.

I don't think they have a true running shoe though.

On are Swiss and apparently excellent running shoes. I haven't tried them.
Best shoes I have ever owned (just for casual shoes, I never tested them out for running). Seriously though, mine are almost 4 years old and they have completely held their shape and have very few signs of wear and tear. The rubber at the bottom is finally starting to wear out, but I have never had a pair of casual everyday shoes last that long, let alone not look like crap after a year.

Get them back in the Coal Mines! They can fit into tiny spaces and their little hands are ideal for those hard to reach places! Plus they don't consume as much oxygen and they can learn the value of a hard day's labour!

And they're cheap!!
