It's definitely a problem with the streaming portion on SN's site. The audio skipping has been an issue for a couple weeks now but it only happens during story/video segments during pre-game/intermissions that I've noticed.
I really really miss Johnny. It's been a tough day (I'm still sobbing) but I'm glad everything went the way it did, it's been poetic.
Looking back, I'm very grateful and happy that I attended Johnny Gaudreau's last ever game as a Flame. The game itself was an unmitigated disaster, but to see JG that one last time is something I can now cherish.

Please tell me the opening tribute video played properly live, and not the stuttering mess that SNET aired?
The Flames posted the clean version, but SNET's broadcast of it was awful.
I have never had stuttering issues since they took over . With the caveat of I pay for telus 3gb internet where every tech shows up and say "I have never heard anyone taking that pla. The I say I tournament esports" then it all falls in line.
Sounds like there was a checkstop on Memorial after the game.
Kinda fitting to be honest. Bit of a "put up or shut up" for any fan that went to honour the Gaudreaus but would be hypocritical enough to drive home drunk after.

His mother told him "someday you will be a man
And you will be the leader of a big old band
Many people coming from miles around
To watch you play your hockey when the sun go down
Maybe someday your name will be in lights
Saying "Johnny B. Goode tonight"
Real tough one to watch. When Monny was crying during the ceremonial puck drop, I lost it. You can say whatever you want about this org, but it’s always been top shelf when it comes to class.
Long live purple gato and RIP 13 and 21

Really surprised at the small crowd after all the lead up and talk of people looking to snag tickets for this one. Figured it was a garaunteed sellout at 19289, but ended up 17386. Nearly 2000 empty seats.

And its usually a lot of the most expensive seats in the house that go empty.
Walk up tickets (non-season tickets) are exceptionally expensive.
I also expected this game to be a sell out.
It was a great night all around.
I have been in Calgary since since the early 80's, and have considered it my home for many, many years, although I was raised on the East Coast.
Calgary proved itself again what a classy city it is. It could not have been a better tribute.

The ceremony was beautiful. George's song was awesome (audio was perfect in the dome). The silver lining in this unimaginable tragedy and loss is that the family knows how much this city embraced their boy and how much we love them.
I don't know how many times I've said it, but Meredith is a rock. What a woman.
I just love Guy & Jane so much.
I'm super glad they didn't do a jersey retirement today. That would have felt wrong.
But it feels super right that they retire the number in the new rink, maybe 3-5 years from now when everyone begins to heal and we can look back fondly.
Good job Flames, that was top notch. If anyone from The Family is reading this, we loved your boy, husband, brother, cousin, nephew. You will always be a part of this city.

They need to publicize the list of names of drunk driving effers.
