If I get someone not close enough to me to personally deliver, they are getting a Starbucks gift card by email, even if their survey says no coffee and no gift cards.

Depending on location I'm considering bribing a homeless vagrant with sandwiches to deliver the gifts. We might be able to get a group rate.
Maybe get one of our local cyclists to lend him a bike? And he can just throw presents at houses like those kids from Newsies?

Doug Fir would like to thank everybody who has signed up for this years edition of the CPSS for getting onboard. We have lots of returnees and several new faces which always makes it fun.
Our roster includes 23 community posters, making this the largest exchange yet! Not bad considering we started out with six members in our first year!
I am hoping to get to the draw by midday today but it may have to wait until late this evening before they are sent out.
