Parekh playing better this game.

Coach must have told him to stop reading his headlines

Brzustevich has probably been the best defencemen out there. Hurtig is better than I thought he would be.

Laing is sneaky talented. He is starting to look more and more like Robert Lang to me.

Stromgren and Morton just look so good. Basha I think is doing just as much right this game but really cleaned up the wrong in his game. Has been outstanding so far.

Bell and Lipinski have both looked good again. It is nice to see some consistently good performances.

Parekh is a little too casual with the puck. Comes from a position of skill and patience, but he will need to learn some urgency.

Loving what i'm seeing from Misa and Basha. So dangerous every time they're on the ice.

Gridin - Super, super slick. Very impressed with his vision and skill.

Grushnikov - Would love to see him get faster but I really like his positioning and smart game.

Hunter Liang - Plenty of develpment to go but wow he could be steal if he figures it out.

I was listening to Conroy just now, and he reminds me of players I wanted to mention in my last post. It is nice to have so many players showing well, showing their skills out there, that it becomes hard to keep track of who is popping out.

Gridin and Misa have both looked fantastic.

Generally speaking, I think the guys who played well yesterday are again playing well today. The players who struggled yesterday are again struggling today.

I've liked Morton, Stromgren, Misa, Basha, Brzustewicz.
Parekh and Honzek seem better tonight than last night. Bell has some fight, and guys like Battaglia, Lipinski and Ciona seem to have some tools.

The defensive defensemen are struggling as a group, Jamieson has had giveaways, Hurtig can't keep it in the zone, and Grushnikov has really struggled (again). There have been several instances this game where Brzustewicz has saved Grushnikov, which is something you wouldn't expect.

look at tops picks like lafreniere and byfield. they took a while. big guys take time. we need patience! My hope is he turns into zacha. zacha took a long time to have big offensive numbers.
