I don't know what happened, but the team looks fast after the trade

Lindholm was a -4 tonight. Selke? More like Sulky.

Maybe in the d-zone here and there, but in two games they look no worse at the position overall.
It's a real luxury to have Kadri-Backlund as 2 and 3C and handling harder defensive matchups. It really gives the ability to stack offensive zone starts for line 1 while also settling Sharangovich into playing C.

Also goodness, it just came across the radio that the top line had 85% offensive zone starts and the Backlund line impressively had just 7% offensive zone starts yet led both teams with 2 goals. That's a god-tier third line.

I almost forgot about how bad the 1st period was until Huska mentioned it in his post game

Sharknadeau line is a winner to me.

1-2-3 line (96+10+17) isn't as fun.

Zary up to +17 on the season, tied for 11th in the NHL.

BTW, Blake Coleman is #1.

Goalman is such a beauty.

The Backlund shutdown line continues to fly under the radar around the league. What they do for the team is at an elite level.

Meanwhile the pundits gush over the Canucks picking up -4 Lindholm.

According to some pundits, they are the team to beat now cos they picked up Lindholm.
