Uhh...the mainstream media propaganda machine?

I'm not sure, I'll have to ask Theo.

The $1 hot dogs are the employees who complain.

The Polish will never learn. They are always #### disturbers and complaining.

I don't usually bump old threads but every week I turn off Macleod Trail to the ATC, I look over at this place and the drive through and parking lot is absolutely packed even on a Monday night. I guess maybe a few months isn't enough for the hype to die down but is this place really that good? I've not eaten there before.

Yup, we tried it, my kids seem to like it. I find it mediocre at best. They have gone back, I have not.

Now Jersey Mike's, that place is great! Last I checked only Kitchener, who I believe was first, and London have them.

I have never tried Chipotle and the one in the south near be closed and there are so many Mexican fast food options, I can't see myself bothering.

It's pretty tasty. I wouldn't wait more than 15-20 minutes for it though.

Most Chick Fil A drivethrus in the US are also jam packed all the time. The chain is super popular down there, and it would appear here also. Looking forward to more Calgary locations!

Not even close to KFC. Night & day difference.

They don't do meat on bone chicken do they? I thought it was just nuggets, strips, and sandwiches?

Correct.

https://www.chick-fil-a.com/menu/entrees

It's a very simple menu. Which is part of the appeal of the restaurant. They do one thing well. Similar to In N Out burger...but with chicken sandwiches.

Then what’s the huge attraction? KFC-style would be horrible but otherwise how do they make it so apparently so tasty?

Their special brand of hatred gives it a certain piquant flavour. Plus the waffle fries too those help a lot.

I wouldn’t say In N Out do one thing well.

There is a new one opening new me, as well as a Five Guys. I’ll visit both. Which one for lunch and which for supper? I’ll have EMS speed dial in case.
