Generally what I've seen from hockey media members and people on twitter that have been to Little Caesers is that it's easily the best rink in the NHL from a viewing and in-seat perspective.
Inverted bowl seems to be the way to go for this stuff for sure.

Which is still only 1/4 of the funds, with most of that going to infrastructure and some to the community rink. So thanks Danielle for another big presentation to try to put yourself as the front face of this but the meat of the project is still the unfinalized deal between CoC and CSEC for the actual rink funding.
