I hate to admit it because I want to see the Flames win but I had money on them losing today. I usually throw some money on a loss against a bottom 10 team because they usually play those games awful.

Flames could be four points out by the time they play next.

No bueno.

Need a big Kings win over the Wild tomorrow to keep us within a manageable point deficit.

You want to compare their last 10 starts and decide who should play more? Vladar has a bad game and loses the net after a very good stretch of play. Markstrom is putting in one if the worst seasons I've ever seen from a Flames starter and gets the majority of the starts.

Was watching the Philly feed. Even their announcers expected us to win. They were surprised how many defensive breakdowns we had.

In a season where the amount of comebacks might be record breaking, we still don't have any.

It’s not happening this season.

Adjust in the offseason and keep moving forward.

Till then I’m PVR’ing the rest of the games.

That flipping Edmonton playoff series somehow turned Jacob Markstrom into Hardy Astrom.

Frustrating. Disappointing. I could use other words but they would all be x'd out. Play the string out. Let Wolf stay in the AHL and do well there. If there are issues, don't let Dustin get caught in it. Jacob has Huby, he will be all right.

Markstrom has a full NMC so he is likely a Forever Flame.

There are 8 teams in the NHL with less wins than the Flames…only 8. Sell the UFAs we have, get whatever 5th round picks you can get. The major surgery will come in the off season with 6 pending UFAs going in to next year.

Almost $30M tied up next year between Huby, Kadri, Weegs, & Marky.

The results need to be better - a lot better - or it's going to be a long decade.

Only got to watch it just as Toffoli scored and then saw the 3rd Flames goal too. That 4th goal was a sucker punch.

I know.....that's exactly it...you're begging the rest of the team to keep the puck away from him. (impossible.) That's a lot to expect, what a weight they're under.

Flames told us loud and clear they want a longer off-season this year. Can't blame them for being tired after going all the way to the second round last year. And Kadri really wants a rest as shown with that boneheaded penalty off the faceoff with 6 min. left. We'll have him for 7M/yr until he's age 40... let that sink in.

We should be used to it by now, the kings of mediocrity.

If you could move all of them, honestly who would vote no?

Telling.

I have no idea how that 4th goal goes across Markstroms crease.

Id wager that a goalie cuts off that pass 99/100 times.

But Markstrom too deep in his net and not square again.

Just brutal

This year is pretty much done hopefully next season it's a different story, a couple gaffes and Markstrom you got to make some of those saves. This shouldn't have been a loss
