Its 7 teams fighting over 5 spots. Somebody will drop, play decent hockey and you will make it. Teams like Minny, Vegas, Seattle, LA are all showing cracks IMO. Preds went on a bit of a run but that was largely goaltending and I can't see that as sustainable.

Despite what you hear on CP Vladar has been getting the bulk of the starts of late and his points percentage speaks for itself

So that's why I don't understand their numbers...90% and 83%? Craziness.

This is exactly why trying to forecast schedule difficulty at the beginning of the season is pointless. Too many unknown variables.
