I've liked Dube previously. But I believe if you have to quantify a "breakout" with the word "somewhat" , it's not really a breakout.

Maybe he's a late bloomer and the best is yet to come. But right now? Man he's just not good. Is he a bust? That depends on each individuals expectations. But I don't think he's a bust, he made the NHL full time. But if we are expecting a top 6 career out of him, then yeah, he's trending to a bust .

He was 118th in Goal/60 5 on 5 last year ... with 32 teams that's a second line player.

By points he was 216th in points/60 5 on 5, ... 32 teams that's a top third line player.

Production wise he's firmly middle six last year, to me that's breaking out unless you have first line expectations for him.
