How does one become a FPAG? There's obviously an art to it, because the fire always burns from behind the log for the most part, and it never turns into the inferno that is my campfire (I guess a lack of kerosene helps there...)
Is it training? Is it years spent in some secluded forest practising? Does the apprentice become the master and forge his own fireplace? Where can you find the MFPAG (master fireplace arm guy) and obtain the training...or does he find you, and take you as a disciple?

You either need to be a pale cancer patient, or a fat mexican guy to be a FPAG.

I saw a loop in the tape. It went from a half burnt log to a brand new one.

Bloody arrgh! Seems my house is extremely receptive to CBC's very strong broadcast signal and every coaxial cable in my house, nomatter how thick it is, is probably like 20 years old and every one of them is acting like an extended aerial and picking up TV signals from the air and crossing them with my actual cable channels. CBC is the only signal strong enough though to really interfere, but because it's on 9 on antenna, it ends up crossing with my fireplace
There's nothing I can do. I've tried everything already aside from buying some expensive shielded coaxials and replacing every cable in the house. Either that or I wrap my house in tin-foil or maybe just every cable. Would an iron ferrite loop around cables work maybe?

9:33 AM - hot poker action
I'm so glad I got to see the poker, I've been waiting for ages. I feel complete now.
I was looking at the log, and I thought, oh oh, FPAG has GOT to do something here, where is he, and sure enough, out comes the poker, and suddenly, everything is well with the world again.

We had it on the other day when we had company over. People were complaining that the room was getting too warm.
