Smith is gonna get lit the fk up tonight right before their fans' beady, tear filled eyes. More salt will be produced via crying in NG ville than there exists in all the oceans and seas. I worry about the impending ecological impact a little.

Spirit crushing devastation in store tonight for anyone wearing those hideous jerseys and trademark jogging pants.

To win the Cup you need to beat:

A physical team
A fast team
A skilled team

& a team that is a hybrid of all thtee because that’s what you should be.

The Oilers skill is wrapped in two but really one player. If we can’t beat them then Colorado or Tampa/Carolina wouldn’t happen.

We’ve played & beat the physical team.

Now is the time for composure to elevate our skill.

I am confident the best team will win over a 7 game series.
It is most definitely Calgary.

Darryl will get this team to respond.

Win game five, go up there and win six and you have all the momentum for seven.

It’s not over

This is going exactly as planned. The only satisfying way to beat the Oilers is coming back from down 3-1. I said this right from the start and things couldn't be shaping up any better!!!

Well at least Markstrom hasn't allowed the worst goal in the series

This team is learning what it takes and that is a win in of itself.

Lessons are painful but necessary. Whether people realize it or not it's part of establishing a new identity , culture and tradition.
Sutter has done allot and he and whoever else follows will always have a full time job in that department. We're heading in the right direction IMO ....it'll take a little more time but we will get there.

They only have to win 2 home games and one on the road.

I don't know if they will pull it off but I think they can win game 5 at the very least. Things have been trending in the right direction overall. Eventually that has to reflect on the score board no?

If you're going to bow out make it respectable.

One of the hardest things to do is close a series. One win can snowball the other way.

This season felt like 2006 all along.

And now this series feels like 1991. I could see a similar scenario. Flames win game 5, and game 6 goes to OT where it's a coin flip.

Balls to walls this will really show what this team really is. The King's were down 3-1 against San Jose Sutter was the coach they came back . I really think the media got into Calgary's head. Marky needs to wake up he can't make the saves when needed. I'd rather run with vladar we got nothing to lose but to win

Definitely shut off the phones, computers and TVs for the next couple days. No need to even look at that ####.

Just focus on the task at hand.

Gaudreau and Tkachuk need to make an impact. It's now or never boys. Nothing to lose. Why play tight when everybody has been counting you out for days now?

Have fun and light Smith up. Dude is seriously suspect. TAKE ADVANTAGE of it!

They were down 3-0 to the Sharks so Sutter isn’t concerned, he’s aware.

He knows they need to execute, they know they need to execute.

So execute, or they will be exited. It’s that simple.

I have such a good feeling about Danny Vlad.

Please do it Sutter.

Nobody asked. Roll with the positives or go back to whining to your season ticket rep.

Flames looked good tonight, Tanev was a big add even injured, and Markstrom made some great saves. This wasn’t game 2-3 where it got away from them, they’ll be able to build off this and get better.

Yes, there were still mistakes. But they played better tonight, a few brain farts cost them the game. In game 5, win one period at a time. Clear the man, clear the puck. Win game 5, go back to enemy territory with momentum. I still believe they can win game 5.

Point taken. Got smart and deleted the email before it was sent.

Was angry and devastated.
