We’ve been getting a lot of too many men called against us recently

A bit of a disjointed period with all the penalties. Didn’t seem like Calgary could get much in the way of momentum.

Sums it up pretty good

Wonder if someone has tipped that the Flames are jumping a bit early on the ice and the refs are now paying closer attention?

Some good chances in a tight game. That was a fun period

I don't get it. A lot of the calls are legit, by the letter of the law, but they're also the same changes you see all game long from both teams. It seems like calling it vs not is completely arbitrary.

I just wonder if at some point this year Calgary got a reputation with the refs/league for cheating it a bit and now gets watched more closely

I hope this game turns into a rout in our favor so we can clinch first and get that out of the way.

The number one thing I've noticed over the last month is that our breakouts aren't as clean as they were earlier in the season. I don't know if we're getting sloppy, or if other teams are just scouting us more effectively, but I think cleaning that up could make a big difference.

I get that Calgary hasn’t been their best lately but come on Francis, they’re 6-1-1 in their last 8. Ease up on the doom and gloom. My lord.

Nm a rout, just win it, 1- 0, 2-0, 2-1 I don't care, just win it.

Good teams have higher bars. It's necessarily a bad thing.

We're down to critiquing style points in wins. Good place to be.

That Kylington goal late in Dallas is the best goal of the season.

Turning point for them too.

Rout would be good for my nerves, but in the end, yes, just win.

Giving up a few more chances than generating.

Crank up the heat.
