Good shift by the 1st line. Flames are pushing back nicely.

Mangiapane looks like he snuck home from the hotel room he has in town last night. Seriously though, great save.

What a brutal first period for the Flames.

Jesus...have we all become so spoiled lately? They're easily the better team in almost every metric, but yeah, one bad play and the game is tied instead of leading, and it's been a "brutal" period.

Holy ####. Be a better fan.

SNET is really doing Friedman dirty with this camera setup:

I had no idea he was balding this much until now.

If the shot is elevated, it’s in 100%.

Only shot he could stop was on the ice.

I had no issues with that period outside of the one gaffe.

Should be leading, but oh well. Besides the Hanifin brain cramp it was an ok period.

Lol. Shots are 11-6 Flames and other than that one miscue, they've dominated the play. Grubauer is the only reason we don't have the lead.

That Backlund pass to Hanifin as he was activating at the blueline was just pure hockey.

Seattle playing hard for Gio, lots of decent players on that team, not sure why they're such a tire fire.

Sorry Cali but I disagree. They are an elite team playing a bottom feeder and barely outshot them while flubbing plays. They were not good that period. Sure they outplayed Seattle marginally but they should be all over them.
