Um, don't think he had time to walk in Cassie with how hot the defender was on him there.

Nice finish to the period. I actually don’t mind 3 of 4 lines. The Lindholm line hasn’t established any presence though.

Is McDufus acting a bit tough and cross checking at will, or is it just me?

If we had a half arsed 1st line this team would be pretty good.

It's actually embarrassing how many cheap plays McDavid and Draisaitl get away with. Forget them deserving more penalties drawn, they constantly hack, hook, crosscheck, etc. and Draisaitl straight up smacks people in the face constantly.

Why not, McElbow knows he can get away with almost anything.

That was some excellent work by Monahan to battle back the puck and spring Mangiapane for that opportunity. Think Mangiapane is too used to dishing to a lefty lol. If that was Chucky as it usually is, it was a perfect lay in pass for a one timer bomb.

That line or the Monahan line was our best line that period. So in fairness to the dynamic duo, they were pinned in by a top two Flames line.

He knows the NHL will protect him.
Can you imagine the refs letting someone pick a fight with him??

McD with a stick to back of 24 6 times there? Yeah, and he’s such a victim.

Also, will the real first line please stand up?

Well so far that's one of two lines Daryl riding hard. The Monny line and the Ryan line.
