Byfield appears to have awoken.

I'm a big fan of Krebs. Guy seems to always be moving and around the puck, very noticeable.

Nice little secondary assist too. Intercepts the breakout then makes a quick chip pass to cause the 2 on 1.

Pelletier is a terrific player. He was all over the ice on the last penalty kill, and then just now led a dominant shift in the offensive zone.

This Pelletier guy is a puck hound. Really glad to see us drafting this kind of player

There's a tendency to discount secondary assists but that 2 on 1 doesn't happen without that play by Pelletier. Full marks on that play.

Pelletier with another excellent pick in the offensive zone, and feeds Zary for a great chance.

This has been far from my favourite WJC and its entirely due to the divisions. Its hard to be emotionally invested when Canada has 3 easy wins out of a 4 game round robin. That could very easily change during the playoff format

Quinn was on with Pelltier and Byfield on Pelletier goal; did Zary get benched after that super soft hooking call? I had to switch to watching on my phone, which makes it difficult to pick out names/numbers
