Lots of similarities between Anderson, Clarkson, and Clowe's contracts. Clowe at least had multiple 50 point and 20 goal seasons when his was signed.

Just an absurd contract. How does that even happen? Almost seems like a negotiation where the agent throws out a high number expecting to meet somewhere in the middle, only for the counterparty to agree right to it.

Another target for future appeals to authority references in any case.
