That wasn't much of a hook, looked embellished right in front of the ref

I miss Dougie being a Flame. Always liked him during his tenure here.

What a rocket by Hamilton; still can't believe some in Calgary questioned his shot.

Now this is a disorganized power play.

His stick was between the legs AND on the hands. And he gave him the can opener. That was one of the most blatant hooks in the payoffs so far

I'm sure this happens more often, just don't have the cheques posted to twitter.

That penalty kill was a work of art, looked like the Canes were the ones shorthanded.

Burke said on the radio this morning the team always pays this kind of fine, and in fact the league usually "suspends" the fine with a sort of "shut up for 24 months or we'll double it" imposition.

Just watched it again, he barely touched him and the Cane took flight. Didn't see any contact down low before take off.

These days you put your stick anywhere on the hands or midsection for more than a second or two and you are getting called. And everybody knows it.

Easy call for the ref

LOL Hamilton total brainfart with 15 seconds left, causes all sorts of grief for the team.

Hamilton almost costed the Canes the game by trying for the goal with 15 secs left. Iced the puck and Boston almost scored following the face-off in the Canes' zone.

Well that was unexpected. Although based on his comments after Game 2 it sounded like he was pretty lukewarm on playing in the bubble: https://www.nbcsports.com/boston/bru...xhibition-game

I get that everyone should do what they see as best for them, but in this case he really should not have even gone to begin with. Now if something has happened at home that has him worried for family, then its understandable and he should be applauded for his priorities.

However, if this is just because he decided he didn't like being in the bubble, (which this has all the vibes of being) then he literally just quit on his team. He was taking main squad practice time from their 3rd string G for a month as well.

If I'm the Bruins, Im not very happy with this decision...again depending on circumstances.

They are very fortunate they have a G as good as Halak as a backup.

Yeesh.

I'm sure there is something going on with his family, but that statement is, not well crafted.

Leafs win the Rask trade¡!!¡!!¡!!!¡

From his comments it seemed like he wasn't taking it serious. Maybe the team told him to get out.

The sequence of events, timing, comments, how much he’s won already, and current play certainly make it suspect. I find the whole thing kinda surprising. Hope his family is okay and everything, and his own mental health. Maybe it has more to do with that. Again though, given the Bruins tenure and core group, I’m surprised by this.
