Despite being clearly outplayed by a superior team, I'm sure this will be spun as "Finding a way to win"

And from the HF boards...

"These zebras owe the Oilers a call"

They just can't see it.

Haha yup. Sometimes you score 8. Sometimes the goalie steals you one.

He's super old and suffering from senility. It's best just to let him have his moments when they do occur.

Well in fairness the only legit critique you can level towards the Oil tonight is the bias of the PBP crew which is nothing new. Nothing wrong with your goalie stealing you a game on back to back nights against a good team.

There is something wrong with the over the top one sided commentary and analysis that has always been an Oilers nation staple, highlighted by the 3 star selection on a night where you are badly outplayed and steal a win, yet you get all 3 stars....

Huh. VGK apparently has the worst home-ice penalty kill in the League @ 74.5%.

Why don't you just watch the other team's feed?

That's what I do when I watch Flames games and get tired of Hrudey calling 27 penalties on the opposing team.

Get ready to watch the flames either not got a pp or they go 100%. Kinda like that Tampa game, commentators talking how they have a 15% on the pp and then proceed to score like 2/2 on the first two pp.

Thought Kassian didn’t like those hits and the Oilers media found them to be an atrocity.
Pretty sure DOPS told Kassian they were legal and he was going to store that in the memory.

The Oilers remind me of the 2015 Flames. They shouldn’t have won half their games, but they did.

I do. The Oilers broadcast crew, and local media in general are at another level, it’s unreal.

The only local PBP crew that challenges your group is Boston.

Lol true, but I thought Kassian felt it wasn’t within his “code”.
